About the Chef
Sandra Jorge (Benimodo, Valencia) studied cooking management at the Altaviana school in Valencia.
She is currently owner and head chef at Xanglot Restaurant.

Booking Policy
De acuerdo con la política del restaurante para realizar y completar la reserva debe:
– Realizar la reserva a través de nuestra página web.
Allergies and intolerances must be communicated in advance in order to adapt the menu, once in the restaurant no changes will be made.
-Any changes to the menus notified in advance may have an extra cost.
- If at the time of booking you only see the option for 4 or more diners, you will not be able to book for a lower number. If you make a reservation for 4 and less people show up, the full price of the menu will be charged for each person who does not show up.
- A credit card will be required in order to apply the cancellation policy, this is necessary to finalise the booking. Please note.
– No charge will be made at the time of booking.
-If the booking is successful, you will receive a confirmation email. Only in this case will the reservation be assured. Please make sure you have the confirmation email.
-If you do not fill in your personal details and/or do not enter your credit card, the booking will not be completed.
-In order to offer the best experience to our customers, the restaurant recommends not to go with children under 4 years old, we do not have a children's menu.
-Gift cards: Reservations with gift cards must be made by calling the restaurant on 960 69 23 81.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation up to 24 hours before lunch is free. If you cancel outside of this period or do not make your reservation, the restaurant reserves the right to charge an additional fee per diner. The Degusta menu will have a charge of €30.00 and the Sentits menu will have a charge of €50.00.
If you decide to leave without consuming the menu, you will be charged the same amount for cancellation.
If you make a reservation for 4 guests and 3 arrive without prior notice, you will be charged the cancellation policy for the person who does not attend.
Gift cards, if you have a reservation to redeem the gift card and you do not show up or cancel with less than 24 hours, the gift card will be cancelled.
– No charge will be made at the time of booking.
