About the Chef

Sandra Jorge (Benimodo, Valencia) studied Kitchen Management at Altaviana School in Valencia, and grew professionally, working for 3 years at La Sucursal.

She is currently the owner and head chef at Xanglot Restaurant, awarded with the Best Menu in Cuina Oberta 2020.
Recommended in the Michelin Guide 2022.
Winner of the 1st Bienal Mundial del Arroz in Cullera.



Política de Reservas

Según política del restaurante para hacer y completar la reserva debe:

– Hacer la reserva a través de nuestra web.

– Si en el momento de hacer la reserva le aparece únicamente la opción para 4 o más comensales no podrá reservarse para un número inferior. Si se reserva para 4 y aparecen menos se cobrará el precio del menú íntegro de cada persona que no se presente.

– Se solicitará una tarjeta de crédito para poder aplicar la política de cancelación, es necesario para finalizar la reserva. Importante.

– No se cargará ninguna cantidad en el momento de hacer la reserva.

– Si la reserva se ha efectuado correctamente, recibirá un correo electrónico de confirmación. Sólo en este caso la reserva estará asegurada. Asegúrese de ello. Si no completa los datos personales y/o no introduce la tarjeta de crédito la reserva no estará completada.

Política de Cancelación

La cancelación de la reserva no supone ningún coste hasta 24 horas antes de la comida/cena. Si se cancela después de este plazo o no acude a su reserva, el restaurante se reserva el derecho de cargar una cantidad de 30 € por comensal.

No se cargará ninguna cantidad en el momento de hacer la reserva.

A wonderful place"

A wonderful place to enjoy a great gastronomic experience. Very good service (better than that, fantastic). A quiet place, well decorated, pleasant and with a cuisine to match. We ordered the Xanglot menu and accompanied it with a good white wine from an uncommercial and well-chosen menu. Vermouth with a touch of wood to start, a few beers to start with and then three flavoursome starters, well prepared, executed and very well presented. And the rice... as a Valencian, I was very pleasantly surprised. Congratulations to the whole team. That's the way to go.


A madness for the palate"

A special restaurant without any doubt.
We ordered the menu "Sentits" with wine pairing, it can not be described in words, a madness for the palate.
The decoration is super nice, the staff very friendly and attentive.
It was an unforgettable evening that I would love to repeat!!!
