Terms and Conditions of purchase of gift cards.

ONLY GIFT CARDS BOOKED IN ADVANCE BY CALLING 960 69 23 81 WILL BE ACCEPTED.

THE RESTAURANT WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PAY THE BILL WITH A GIFT CARD IF IT HAS NOT BEEN COMMUNICATED AND BOOKED IN ADVANCE BY TELEPHONE.

GIFT CARDS MAY NOT BE USED ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.

RESERVATIONS CANNOT BE MADE ON OUR WEBSITE IF YOU ARE A GIFT CARD HOLDER, ONLY BY TELEPHONE.

I. CONDITIONS OF PURCHASE AND RETURN

1.1 I have bought a Gift Card and I want to exchange it for a different one, can I exchange it?

No, it can only be exchanged, under special conditions that will be assessed by our Gift Voucher department.
In the event of a change that involves a lower amount, the difference will not be paid nor will it be possible to split its use. Under no circumstances will any amount be refunded in cash.

1.2. I have been given a gift card, how long can I use it?

Your gift card is valid for three months from the date of issue. The expiry date is indicated on the gift card issued in email and PDF format.

1.3. I have booked a table with the gift card but something unexpected has come up and I won’t be able to go, can I cancel the booking and still keep my gift card?

You can cancel your reservation at least 24 hours in advance. If you do not cancel and do not inform us within 24 hours of the time of your booking, you will lose the right to use the gift card.
1.4. I have been given a gift card but I don’t want to use it, can I return it in exchange for money?

No. Gift cards are not exchangeable, fractionable or refundable.

1.5. Is it compulsory to bring the physical gift card on the day of its use?

No, it is not necessary. You can show it in digital format. Remember to take the gift card number with you, both digitally and physically.

1.6. Do I need to book in advance?

Yes, in order to enjoy your gift card, you must make a reservation in advance by calling 960 69 23 81. It is recommended that the reservation is made in advance to be able to enjoy it on the chosen date.

1.7. Can I change or cancel the booking date?
Yes, as long as it is in accordance with our cancellation policy. We recommend that you inform us of this at the time of booking. In the event of a no-show at the time and place of booking, you will forfeit your Gift Voucher.

1.8. My gift card has expired, what can I do?

Contact us to try to extend your voucher.

II. REFUNDS
The refund of the gift card amount is not allowed.

Cancellation Policy

There is no charge for cancellation up to 24 hours before the meal/dinner. If you cancel after this time or do not attend your reservation, you will lose the right to use the gift card.
