ONLY GIFT CARDS BOOKED IN ADVANCE BY CALLING 960 69 23 81 WILL BE ACCEPTED.
THE RESTAURANT WILL NOT ACCEPT GIFT CARDS IF THEY WERE NOT COMMUNICATED AND BOOKED IN ADVANCE BY PHONE.
GIFT CARDS MAY NOT BE USED ON SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR PUBLIC HOLIDAYS.
RESERVATIONS CANNOT BE MADE ON OUR WEBSITE IF YOU ARE A GIFT CARD HOLDER — ONLY BY PHONE.
I. Conditions of Purchase and Return
1.1 I bought a Gift Card and want to exchange it — can I?
No, only under special conditions assessed by our Gift Voucher department.
If the change involves a lower amount, the difference will not be refunded or split. No cash refunds.
1.2 How long is my Gift Card valid?
Your Gift Card is valid for three months from the date of issue.
The expiry date is shown on the email/PDF Gift Card.
1.3 I booked with the Gift Card but can’t go. Can I cancel and keep my card?
Yes, but you must cancel at least 24 hours in advance.
If you fail to cancel or don’t show up, the Gift Card will be forfeited.
1.4 I don’t want the Gift Card — can I get a refund?
No. Gift Cards are not refundable, exchangeable, or divisible.
1.5 Do I need to bring the physical Gift Card?
No. You can show it digitally, but have the Gift Card number with you.
1.6 Do I need to book in advance?
Yes. To use your Gift Card, you must book by calling
960 69 23 81.
1.7 Can I change or cancel the booking date?
Yes, following our cancellation policy. No-shows forfeit the Gift Voucher.
1.8 My Gift Card expired — what can I do?
Contact us to request an extension.
II. Refunds
Gift Card refunds are not allowed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations are free up to 24 hours before the booking.
If you cancel later or don’t attend, your Gift Card will be forfeited.
