The Xanglot restaurant, located in Ciutat Vella, has won the prize for the best menu at Cuina Oberta, the competition organised by Valencia City Council through Visit Valencia and the collaboration of Turismo Comunitat Valenciana. Xanglot entered the competition with a dish of veal sweetbread tempura with citrus sauce and carob. Fifty-five restaurants entered the competition. The councillor for Tourism and president of Visit València, Emiliano García, stated that "Cuina Oberta is, without a doubt, an opportunity to enjoy an authentic Valencian gastronomic experience with maximum guarantees".
BIB GOURMAND 2023
On 27th March we were awarded the BIB GOURMAND 2023 plaque, a recognition awarded to us by the MICHELIN GUIDE last November. The Bib Gourmand distinction rewards the best value for money.
